1. Less work and other work
Many jobs will be automated away. Not so: deeply human jobs centered around: creativity, empathy and hospitality. Robots will do it better. Humans will do it more humane.
2. Universal Basic Income
Prepare for UBI because the traditional division of labor and wealth distribution is dying. Without new fair solutions, at least some people go populist.
3. Triumph of the city 
Cities make us richer, smarter, greener, healthier and happier. Prepare to be part of it.
4. Hotbeds for the 6 C’s
Cities breed the competencies we need in the 21st century:  Creativity. Critical Thinking. Collaboration. Communication. City’s Urban Nomads want two more C’s: Cool and Clean. (And: open. And: diverse.)
