Expect law suits to arise that point to bad actors misusing GPT, object to copyright infringement, redefine the meaning of “fair use,” and challenge instances of misleading people. A broader socio-cultural movement may also arise to educate the public about the nature of GPT models as technological tools without intelligence, sentience, or contextual understanding.
