That said, after seeing this in action in East Asia, from high-end hotels to places like Pizza Hut, I’ve started to feel differently. The more I experience it, the more I realize that what really makes hospitality special is the personal touch that humans bring. Robots, while efficient, just can’t replicate the warmth and personal connection that human beings offer. While robots could certainly help streamline operations they should not overshadow the main characteristics of the guest experience journey. Human interaction and personalized service form the cornerstone of hospitality, creating memorable and engaging experiences that technology alone cannot achieve. Overall i think was a great topic to write about it!!!!!
