    Hi Fatemah,
    I think you did good! Adding a video explaining more of the product was an excellent idea. I would have liked more detail at the beginning about what designs they make and how much it would cost if we were to visit the Maldives and buy one. Overall, it’s a good blog idea, and the touch point is in visiting such a beautiful place and having an unforgettable experience at this store, purchasing sustainable glass, and carrying a piece of the Maldives back home.

    Well hunted Fatimah. Though this is more a whole hotel concept (which is master class 3) then a nailed-down Touch Point. That’s less important but come to me in class and I explain. This is a good fresh and original start. Your writing can improve a bit. But this is promising. Carl

    Hi Fatemah, I think this is a pretty good idea that goes along with the sustainability concept that is so discussed nowadays. I think it is great that guests arrive and see this art exposed giving them a sense of responsibility for the planet.

  6. I love the idea ! It is innovative , eco friendly, and support sustainability for sure . Also very artistic can attract people who are into glassbowling art or hobby.
    I can see it is experience economy related to hotels.
