WHAT IT IS?
YM & GEN Z are generations that has a gap of approximately 3 to 4 years between them. this groups defer in their lifestyle, culture, expectations and social standards. for example, the YM prefer to travel to luxury hotel while the GEN Z prefer to stay in a dream hotel with nice designs on the walls or beddings covered in Gucci or Dolce Gabbana patterns etc. this block will be mostly about the daring moments i personally witness on Nairobi streets, and or how Gen Z or YM communicate through texts and their dress code

WHY IT´S COOL?
- Daring: they are bold, adventurous and little nervy in their choices, they fear no one and anything. in the above pictures, a gen Z prefer to smoke a tear gas canister with strawberry flavor compared to a normal cigarette while a YM portrait as Christ messiah statue on the streets of Nairobi blessing a Gen Z smoking a Tear gas canister. in the video at the end, Gen Alpha dares a police officer to shoot her.
- Inclusive: they value and appreciate diversity and are, the most active to promote equality and comfortable in discussing the gender identity topics
- Tech savvy: extremely well versed with Morden technology and intuitive knowledge. they adapt so quickly to any new technology.
- Communication: they tent to use certain slangs to pass messages around which is hard to comprehend buts its cool because it remains under their clique for fun.
- Hustle culture: They are not afraid to set boundaries, “say no to toxic environment”. they mostly prioritized their well-being. they believe that true success isn’t about how much you can hustle, it’s about finding harmony between work and life
WHY IT HAS FUTURE GROWTH POTENTIAL?
Sustainability: they value productive economy which is socially inclusive, available to everyone and environmental campaign
Innovative and Courages: from my below video you will see a Gen Z smoking tear gas and YM giving toothpaste to apply to the lower eyelid to prevent tear gas from hamming them.
Tech savvy: being able to adapt to any social media platform where they can express their views without fear, Gen Z and YM are likely to call out brands or ask a campaign to switch competitor after bad experiences. use of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and twitter as a marketing tool will help in with quick feedback therefore adjacent is instantly delivered.
Diversity: they are resourceful, independent, who value culture inclusive, places priority on wellness and mental health at workplaces.
Unity: both politically, socially, and economically, are more of centrist. they are in terms of the future potential with the right support and guidance by older generations.
Entrepreneurial skills: The use of TikTok, Facebook or Instagram to market their products, thus creates: E- commerce, digital services, online courses and coaching, Affiliate marketing, Content creating, Virtual assistant, social media management, stock photography or online trading or investment.
