WHAT IT IS?

San Diego has the most concentration of tequila and mezcal outside of Mexico because of its closeness to the border. El Agave Restaurant is a restaurant in Old Town, San Diego, which is the third biggest tequila museum in the world, with over 3,500 different tequilas and mezcales. While working here, people were impressed that while it is still a restaurant, the walls are lined with their collection of bottles. This gives the restaurant a sense of character and makes the dinner extremely memorable. The walls are made specifically for holding thousands of bottles, made with real wood and glass.

    This reminds me of The Cannon in New York, They are a whiskey emporium, full of bottles that tell us tales about products and experiences, definitely the impressive display is the touch point
