WHAT IT IS?

Amanzoe, one of Greece’s most expensive resorts, is transforming hospitality by integrating Cellgym Intermittent Hypoxia-Hyperoxia Training into its fitness concept. The process boosts cardio-respiratory fitness, optimizes metabolic function, and enhaces the body’s ability to handle stress and exertion.
