    Hi Shabbir, I find very innovative the use of biodegradable fruit shells, however I can see how sourcing these could be challenging in some parts of the world. In tropical vacation spots, it might be easier to find such fruits, but in other regions, it could limit the sustainability efforts. Still, this initiative showcases a promising trend in the hospitality industry toward eco-friendly practices. Well done!!!!

    You had me in the first part, but completely sold me when you said it supports local farmers! Using fruit shells that were used to make the drink is ingenious. My only concern is, are they cutting up more fruit than they need? I double a whole pineapple is in one singular drink and of course each drink needs a vessel. Do they sell the excess fruit as chopped fruit/fruit platters? Do they use it for pastries? I’m sure they have a process, just wonder what it is!
    I’d definitely sip here 🙂

    Very very interesting and cool hunt.
    It effectively emphasizes how the juice bar is tackling waste reduction, not only through eco-friendly packaging but also by utilizing every part of the produce, which is a commendable approach.It would also be interesting to hear more about the customer response and how they are engaging with the concept. Additionally, including examples of specific juices or unique ingredients used could have added more flavor to the piece giving me a better sense of what sets this juice bar apart.
