    I really like this seed. Nice finding Paola! I can’t count how many nights went by without a nice sleep because the pillow in a hotel was too soft or too hard. I believe it’s tough to find a pillow that meets everyone’s preferences, however, this is the perfect solution. A cool hunt with future growth potential!

    Amazing Blog Paola! I really think that this idea should exist in every other luxury hotel of the world. I find it extremely important for the guests to have their preferred pillow in order to obtain the best sleep possible-which should every guest be able to have, considering that they are also paying a great amount of money for it-.
    I find therefore that it has great growth potential, as every other hotel could implement it and would win a lot of clientele and get their loyalty.
    Really personalized and memorable experience. Great job! 🙂

    Thanks, good blog. But, to be honest, in my view rather óld’. Sleep-empowering hotels are already there as a trend for half a decade. (I will mention them later on in my presentations). Did you do the WOW check? If so, and your cool hunting colleagues are fine with it, then I am fine as well. The thing with me is that I do this coolhunting for such a long time, seeing so many examples, that I am not easy to ‘wow’. That is my ‘problem’not yours. In case, you didn’t to the WOW-check, do it form now on, okay? Having said all that, this is a good blog. It is very much a touch point, well-described, good detailed, good insights in what it means.     Hello Paola, I agree with you that this is a cool idea, as it gives the guest a chance to adjust their stay to their needs and make it more confortable and special by allowing them to choose a pillow that suits their preferences.
    I think you used bold text very well to highlight the most important and meaningful points.
    As for the wow factor, honestly, I didn’t really feel it, because in luxury 5 star hotels it’s quite common (not mandatory but common) to offer a pillow menu in the rooms, and not just in this hotel group.
    Putting that small detail aside, I think you have written a great blog post, clear, well-structured an nicely explained
