WHAT IT IS?
Located in Peru, this concept was designed by Ario Ferri, a Peruvian mountaineer, project developer, and experienced climber. The construction began in 2012, consisting of several capsules located 400 meters high.
Although the goal is to accommodate both experienced climbers and those who are not, there are several requirements to stay in this “high-altitude” hotel.

WHY IT´S COOL?
- Incomparable location and design: Suspended 400 meters above the ground, the capsules are designed to offer a unique experience. Their fully transparent design allows guests to enjoy the sunrise, sunset and a sky full of starts that is hard to forget.
- The journey to reach the capsules is part of the adventure: Before even check in, guests must either climb the classic via ferrata route or choose the zipline path.
- Comfort meets adrenaline: The capsules are fully equipped, using solar panels as a power source and eco-friendly bathrooms.
- “Once in a lifetime experience”: This is not just an accomodation, it’s a hotel turned into an adventure and adrenaline experience.

WHY IT HAS FUTURE GROWTH POTENTIAL?
Skylodge Adventure Suites offers a completely unique experience. Its strategic location in Peru’s Sacred Valley, close to major tourist attractions like Cusco and Machu Picchu, adds great value for international travelers. This stunning location makes it highly Instagrammable, generating good marketing through guests, photos and videos. In addition, adventure and nature tourism has grown significantly since the COVID-19 pandemic. This is not just an accomodation, it is an experience itself, and that is what travelers are looking for nowadays; unforgettable moments.

To give you just a little criticism, I do think that, as this idea is from the year 2012, it is not really that new and maybe a lot of people already know about it. And also the video maybe is a little bit long. It is however a great post and i really enjoyed reading it. Congratulations! 🙂
