    Victoria, I really liked how you connected wellness tourism with something as unique as fermentation, it’s definitely a cool and purpose-driven seed that resonates with what Gen Z and Millennials are looking for. I think it would be even stronger if you added some figures or data about how the probiotic/fermentation market is actually booming. That would make the future growth potential feel more solid and convincing.

    Hi Victoria, in such a tech-driven era, we sometimes forget about the pillar that truly support us: NATURE. I love how this hotel integrates natural products into its philosophy and services to take care of our health. They say the gut is “our second brain” and it actually is as it has so many nerve endings. That’s why stress, a common issue in today’s society, directly affects the gut. A brilliant idea for taking care of guests on an expert level 🙂

    Hello Victoria, what an interest topic, I didn’t know anything about “Fermented Living” before, so it definitely caught my attention. It is an idea not boring at that giver purpose the idea of using microbes in everything from food to spa treatments is super original. It’s also very Instagrammable, with unique experiences like rice bran baths and probiotic meals. On top of that, it’s sustainable and has a clear purpose of living in harmony with the nature and taking care of health. The only missing think I can say is that doesn’t mention any group activities or ways for guests to connect, which could help fight loneliness. Very nice blog, Congratulations!

    You’re absolutely right about the potential you point out. I’d never heard of this concept before, it is really a fresh and cool seed, and I found it incredibly original.
