WHAT IT IS?
This is Sena Zaro, a travel influencer created in 2024 with artificial intelligence by Cenizaro Hotels & Resorts and launched in collaboration with BRACAI. Although she has no physical body or passport, she travels across the group’s properties, sharing visually appealing content on social media as Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. In other words, artificial intelligence becomes an ambassador for tourist destinations.
Sena highlights the architecture, wellness, local culture, sustainability, and lifestyle of each destination. But she’s not just a pretty computer-generated face; she has a backstory, a personality, and even an age, according to her creators. She is a kind of digital ambassador that emotionally connects with real-world travelers.

WHY IT´S COOL?
- Breaking the mold: They aren’t human, but they behave as if they were. They have a defined style, perfect aesthetics, and fit seamlessly into digital culture. They are where futurism, design, and visual storytelling intersect.
- Visually adaptable: They adjust to any aesthetic, minimalist, boho, techie, tropical… Brands can maintain a consistent visual identity without logistical limits. Plus, a virtual influencer can speak multiple languages, adapt to different cultures, and be anywhere in the world at the same time.
- Part of digital culture: Like real content creators, these avatars generate collaborations with others influencers, and even fictional “dramas.” They are part of a new hybrid entertainment that mixes tourism, fashion, gaming, and social media. And the best part for brands? No million-dollar contracts, no cancellations, no egos.

WHY IT HAS FUTURE GROWTH POTENTIAL?
Digital tourism: New generations (especially Millennials and Gen Z) consume travel visually: Instagram, TikTok, and Reels are the new travel agencies. These virtual influencers are natives of that ecosystem.
Cost-efficiency for brands: Creating an AI influencer requires an initial investment, but in the long run, it’s much more affordable and manageable than hiring celebrities or human influencers.
New guest experiences: In the future, these characters could be integrated within hotels as personalized virtual assistants. Imagine arriving at a resort and being welcomed by the very “person” who inspired you to book, the figure you already connected with on social media.
Influencers like Sena Z. don’t just sell destinations, they build visual universes connected to their audiences. They don’t sleep, don’t cancel, and are designed to shine. And even without needing a passport, they are traveling farther than most of us.
