WHAT IT IS?
Around seven years ago, I had the privilege of visiting the Sahara Star Hotel in Mumbai, an experience that has stayed with me ever since. Among its many luxuries, what truly captivated me was the breathtaking open-sky room. Lying on the bed and looking straight up at the endless sky filled with stars was magical—it felt as if the universe had been brought into my room. That unforgettable moment touched me deeply, blending comfort, beauty, and wonder in a way I had never experienced before.
WHY IT´S COOL?
- At Sahara Star Hotel in Mumbai, guests are treated to a truly extraordinary experience. Imagine lying back in the comfort of a luxurious room, where the ceiling opens to reveal the vast night sky. As the stars shimmer above, it feels as though the boundaries between indoors and outdoors disappear. It’s not just a stay—it’s like sleeping beneath the universe itself, embraced by elegance, comfort, and a sense of wonder that lingers long after the night has passed.
WHY IT HAS FUTURE GROWTH POTENTIAL?
Right now, this hotel is only in India, but there is a big chance to grow in other countries. By using a franchise model, the hotel can open branches abroad without spending too much money or taking on too much risk. This way, the brand can expand faster while still keeping its quality and standards.
Opening in different countries would also help attract new types of guests—tourists, business travelers, and luxury customers. In some places, the hotel could be one of the first of its kind, and in others, it could build a strong reputation by competing with well-known global brands.
This strategy would not only bring in more income but also make the hotel’s name recognized worldwide. In today’s hospitality industry, having an international presence is very important to grow stronger and build a lasting global brand.
