With the Allergy Amulet, that\u2019s <strong>something from the past<\/strong>. The Allergy Amulet is a <strong>fast and portable food allergen and ingredient sensor<\/strong> that allows people with a food allergy to eat without <strong>fear.<\/strong> The technology of this amulet is a technology that has been used for detecting nicotine and marijuana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How it works:<\/strong> the amulet has a reader and a food sampler. To test your food, you have to place a sample of your meal in the sampler and then you can grind it. However, people are increasingly going out to eat or have food delivered at home, which entails a risk that there is accidentally an allergen in your food.
