You are going to Hunt for your Cool Seed and blog about it. (We will teach you how to communicate in your blog impactful.)
All blogs will be gathered at secluded virtual workspace, exclusively created for you as a participating Cool Hunter. You will be able to experience what the other Cool Hunters consider their most exciting and powerful Cool Seeds with Future Growth Potential. Also, when the master classes are finished the work space will stay available to you. For knowledge generation and longer-term inspiration.
All Cool Seeds will be rated and commented on. With two clicks you are empowered to see what Cool Seeds are internationally considered the coolest and/or most powerful. You will also notice what’s bubbling under. Probably, you’ll also discover some hidden pearls, with immediate relevancy for your actual business and profession.

Based on the interviews with the thought leaders we have selected five leading trends. We will make inspiring presentations around them. These will be given in the master classes by prof. dr. Carl Rohde plus several thought leaders.

- How the Soft Spots of younger Millennials and Generation Z are transforming fitness. How to bond with these earbud generations. In all their gym-hopping fickleness, always on the run for the next Instagram-fueled vibe & trend. And also: How to welcome the Silver Generations more convincingly than we do now, at the often intimidating fitness floors.
- Experience Economy revisited. Refining the touch point journey-next-step. Implementing superior emotional intelligence. More humanity, but infused with technological support.
At the end of the course, we will discuss whether new themes have popped up. For a potential next round of cool Hunting.

All Masterclasses will start from Tuesdays or Fridays, weekly at the following timeframes:
