WHAT IT IS?

We all know ‘Magnum’ for its delicious ice cream. But now, ‘Magnum Malaysia’ is taking it up a notch by bringing you a super Cool ‘Augmented Reality’ (AR) experience. By scanning the QR code on an iOS or Android smartphone, consumers gain access to the magnum playground. In this AR environment, consumers can shop, play games, learn more about the products and use a photo booth where people can take pictures and videos with a gigantic 3D ‘Magnum.’ If you are lucky, you can even win Cool prizes when uploading your most awesome picture on social media!

WHY IT’S COOL?

The ‘Magnum AR’ playground is placed within a real-life environment and the environment moves along with the movements made with a smartphone. It takes the brand experience alive to the consumer and it can be used as a unique way of communicating the brand values. The interactive playground enables consumers to share their experiences on social media as well.

WHY IT HAS FUTURE GROWTH POTENTIAL?

Differentiating yourself from the competition is a major challenge. Brands will have to go the extra mile to win over customers and not be forgotten.
