In 2024, Cenizaro Hotels & Resorts and BRACAI launched Sena Zaro, a digital travel ambassador without a passport, yet with a full backstory and presence across Instagram and TikTok. Designed as a virtual influencer and storyteller, she highlights architecture, wellness, culture, sustainability, and lifestyle across global destinations.

Sena Z. is built on six pillars: Culture, Nature, Adventure, Sustainable Travel, Wellness, and Tips. Her mission is to bridge tech and exploration, enriching real experiences through a virtual persona. Rather than replacing human connection, she acts as a gateway. She tours the brand’s properties and partners, creates high-quality visuals, and interacts with audiences in multiple languages and cities simultaneously.

In effect, AI becomes a brand’s ambassador, infinite in reach yet consistent in style. Through her posts and embedded content, she offers a new form of travel marketing: one that is controlled, creative, and universally accessible.
